2. Set Realistic Goals
There is no change in diet and overall lifestyle overnight and the results do not start showing immediately either. So if you are tying certain health or weight loss goals to your healthy eating routine, make sure that if you stick to your plan, whatever it may be, they are realistic and actually achievable.
You’ll ultimately see results, but try to keep in mind that sometimes it takes time. And once you reach your initial goals, you can always add to them or institute new ones, so you’re always working toward something that’s both beneficial and gratifying.
