3. Plan for The Next Day
By the end of the current working day, it’s a useful practice to prepare. But make sure to include all your activities on the list in order not to miss something for sure. Join two lists, splitting the diary page into two columns: one for urgent activities, the other for less relevant ones, which, if necessary, can be moved to the next day. Immediately cross out the completed products. This is a great motivation to be involved, encouraging you as soon as possible to finish something, and not to pull the rubber! The fewer points on the list you have left, the more secure you are in your ability to control them and produce results.
