2. Green leafy vegetables

Green leafy vegetables are recommended frequently in the mind diet. Vitamins A and C, as well as other nutrients, are abundant in kale, spinach, broccoli, and other greens. At least two servings per week can help, with six or more servings per week providing the most brain benefits.
