1. Go to The Store
The best treatment for athlete’s foot may be available at your local grocery store or drugstore. Look for creams and ointments that contain clotrimazole or miconazole as the active ingredient. These are topical creams that can be applied directly to the feet.
All you have to do is reapply the cream after a shower to clean and dry the feet, then cover them with a pair of cotton socks. The cream should be reapplied two to three times a day after that for two to three weeks.
