Forget to throw those wilted vegetables away. Boil them into a soup instead! For a creamier foundation, you can also attempt to saute them. Also, If food is about to go rotten, just grab it in time and save it for a later meal in the freezer! Or just consider buying frozen vegetables in large quantities. Not only are they always cheaper, but they might also be healthier. Frozen veggies may have more vitamins.
