5. Less Reliance on White Sugar
Overuse of sugar is a grave health crisis, and the trend of obesity is fuelled by physicians. Refined sugars are wrapped into so many different foods, that even those who try to eat healthier can suffer. It is safer to eat homemade meals nearly entirely if you are sincerely committed to and your sugar consumption. Dates are a good substitute for sugar to this end. It’s a wonderful treat to eat them whole, but in certain recipes, you can also replace sugar dates. Only mix dates and water in a blender until a paste is obtained. In whatever way you are fried, the paste will then be replaced by 1:1 sugar. Date paste, though very high in calories, contains dietary fiber and antioxidants – something that does not contain refined white sugar.
