Treat yourself to a manicure when you lose the first weight. Buy new clothes when you lose ten pounds. Take a little vacation when you are halfway towards your goal. Give yourself small rewards for achieving smaller goals, and guess … many small steps make up a long journey! Before you know it, you will have achieved your overall goal!
