1. Pineapple
One cup of pineapple contains 131 percent of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C, as well as antioxidants, which are known as flavonoids and phenolic acids.
Plus, they bound many of the antioxidants in pineapple, meaning they produce longer-lasting benefits in the body.
2. Kiwifruit
It packs a nutrient punch with 167 milligrams of vitamin C per cup. Vitamin C is beneficial to blood circulation and immunity, and just one medium-sized kiwi provides 79 percent of the daily value.
3. Chili Pepper
I find 108 milligrams of vitamin C in a half-cup of chopped or diced chili peppers.

9. Guavas
It has a vitamin C content of 228 mg per 100 grams. Single guava fruit contains 140 percent of the daily value (DV) for this vitamin.
A six-week study of 45 young, healthy people found that eating 400 grams of peeled guava per day, or about 7 pieces of this fruit, reduced blood pressure and total cholesterol levels significantly.
