3. Stable Blood Sugar
You must stabilize blood sugar! This is the most important factor for burning and banishing excess body fats! For effective stabilization of blood sugar, you must frequently feed your body; Like every 2-3 hours. The key is to give your body only what it needs. Your body burns calories 24 hours a day, so why feed it once or twice a day? Give your body the fuel it needs: vegetables, fruits, nuts, berries, whole grains, and lean protein (chicken, fish, lean beef, eggs, etc.).
