3. Herbal Tea
Herbal teas are much stronger than you might think. Chamomile, valerian, mint, and lavender have all been used since the beginning of time. They were used to help people sleep better at night and to treat illnesses.
Penguin, found in chamomile, soothes the mind and relaxes the body. Before going to bed, have a cup of hot tea to help you get the rest you need. Tea, whether green or black, should be avoided because it will worsen your insomnia.
