Step out to find some peace and quiet for a day or better, weekend or weekends. Take a journal, relax and collect your thoughts. When we are stressed or struggling to deal with a major life situation or event, seeing solutions to our problems can be really difficult. Being out of trouble can lead to clarity and relieve stress. I like to go to the coast when I feel this, and it always helps me, without fail, to calm down and find solutions. I don’t know why but there’s something really soothing about your proximity to the ocean. Being near water, think about it.
