4. Caffeine Content
Compared to the caffeine found in black tea, green tea comprises only half of it. Compared to coffee, green tea contains only a quarter of the amount which makes it the perfect drink to include in your meals. But there are precautions that must be followed. One is a moderate amount of green tea to drink in a day. It should be at least 4 cups. More than that will generate negative reactions that are felt inside the body.
