If you expect to get in shape after a few weeks of exercises, you’ll get disappointed. The purpose of your physical activity is to make you healthier and stronger, don’t compare with others, whoever they are. Your goal should always be to be fit and get a better body shape before starting a workout plan. If you do that, your expectations for the results of your exercise and workouts will be practical, and you’ll be surprised by how can you be better.
