3. Getting Exhausted
Some people exercise too hard in the beginning stage of a training plan, that they are already exhausted. Then, You’ll become not capable of working out for the next two weeks as you begin your workout plan outside your current capacities. During your massive workout, your muscles will hurt a lot and your legs will feel so stiff that you have to sit down and wait before you can exercise again. If you have not done any exercise before, start exercising quite carefully.
