We know spending intentional time outside to appreciate the living Earth around you as nature bathing. Attempt to spend time with nature regularly.
Anything in nature that resonates with you will suffice. Take a walk in the woods, go for a hike, walk along the beach, or do some gardening.
Take advantage of the advantages of being exposed to nature’s beauty. It calms the central nervous system, your mood is lifted, and they boost your stress levels when you spend time in nature. I felt the benefits for hours and days after the immersion.
