Eggs provide a strong dose of vitamin D. The vitamin is mainly in the yolks so make sure not to go for egg-white omelets. Vitamin D can be superb for bone health. Add some leafy green vegetables to your breakfast with eggs and you have a wonderful breakfast for your overall health.
