As a retired chef that has fully indulged into the culinary world and a quality enthusiast with a penchant for exploring all areas of flavors and plates in the kitchen , I’ve come to learn that vegan based meals can be quite tasty, exciting and fulfilling to eat.
In this article, I’ll share with you the importance of adding plant based meals to your diet and also give you some of the most mouthwatering recipes that I love and you can try yourself.
Let’s start by answering the question,why eat plant based?
- Reduces the inflammation in your body
- Increases your nutrition intake

Mouthwatering vegan delights:
Here are some of my personal statement vegan dishes that became a regular in my weekly menu, which I bet will be your favorite too.
1. Make your own buddha bowl:
Combine any option of each ingredient:
A cooked vegetable, a raw vegetable, some leafy greens, a legume, grains, a pickled vegetable and finally your favorite sauce.
2. The famous veggie burger:
Ground these ingredients all together:
- Sauteed mushrooms
- Balsamic vinegar,tamari, and mirin
- Paprika powder and sriracha
- Chopped garlic and shallots
- Crushed walnuts
- Panko bread crumbs brown rice and flaxseed.
Then simply pat them into a burger patty to grill
3. Lemon radish salad
Toss these ingredients together:
- Radishes and navy beans
- Green pesto
- Pine nuts and capers
- Parmesan cheese
- Mint
- Lemon and vinegar dressing
