Dairy products contain many essential nutrients for the body, such as potassium, calcium, vitamins, and magnesium, which are all essential elements needed by the body daily to perform basic functions.
It is known that dairy products contain a good proportion of carbohydrates, so the diabetic should choose a skimmed milk or low-fat and non-sweetening. Preferably not to drink more than 2 cups of milk a day.
