There are many reasons for exercise: it helps your mental health, your physical health, and can help you live longer. You can practice your way into a skinnier pair of jeans as well, but it’s not the easiest way to drop pounds or the best way. About why? You’re also going to need to maintain healthy eating habits to lose weight and remain slim. There’s no way around the fact that consuming calories is simpler than exercising them off. But, if you have a good run and reward yourself later that day with a latte, it’s easy to see why you will not lose a lot of weight.
