3. Hydrate!
Water is necessary for survival. We need it to support a variety of metabolic, physical, and mental functions, and most of us need to drink more of it, according to dietitians. We get water from a variety of hidden sources, which is fortunate.
Consider cucumbers, lettuce, melons, juice, soups, milk, ice cream, and other fruits and vegetables. Caffeine in excess can be diuretic, but a cup or two of coffee or tea can certainly help you meet your hydration goals.
