8. Stumbling on Happiness
This is a fascinating and humorous book written by Professor Daniel Gilbert. This book’s main focus is on the fact that most of us don’t even know how to make ourselves happy. He monitors different areas of psychology, psychiatry, economy and philosophy for his study, and he discusses why and how through this knowledge we can stumble upon our happiness. He also discusses other fields in this book that will not look at human motivation in several other happiness books.
