4. Clean your face – then color, moisturize, and exfoliate

First remove your makeup with an oil-free makeup remover and a cotton ball.
Then wash your face with lukewarm water and an oil-free cleanser (does not clog pores).
Pat (do not rub) it until it dries with a soft towel.
Apply an oil-free moisturizer. And do that in the evening.
In the morning wash your face as described above, then use an alcohol-free toner.
Then apply moisturizer.
Then apply makeup – free of oils and non-comedogenic.
Once or twice a week, use an alpha hydroxy or glycolic acid scrub. This will help get rid of dead skin cells, the “food” for the bacteria that cause pimples.
If you exercise during the day, you will need to wash your face a third time, right after that.
