6. Get comfortable
Your immune system needs energy to do its job, including protecting your skin from acne. The deep sleep that the brain needs to “recharge” comes several hours into the sleep cycle. That’s why a few hours here and there won’t do. Most people need at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night. Consider it a nice sleep.
If you make these 6 items a part of your daily routine, you will look better, feel better, and have less need for acne treatments and more expensive cosmetics.
