3. All Carbs Are Created Equal
When you think of carbs, many people think of bread and pasta, but carbs come in many forms, and some are healthier than others. Often, when someone cuts carbs, they really mean removing the foods mentioned above from their diet.
But we find different amounts of carbohydrates in pulses such as beans, legumes, and peas, yogurt and milk, fruit, veggies, and whole grains.
While limiting overly processed carbs such as white bread and desserts is a good idea, studies link wholesome carbohydrate consumption with healthier and longer lives.
